Job overview:

Schneider is seeking an Account Manager in Green Bay to oversee the entire logistics operations for one of our customers. The Account Manager will work with internal and external teams to solve problems and identify improvement opportunities for the customer.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and improve systems and procedures to resolve customer and carrier issues.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the customers supply chain to identify and execute improvement opportunities.
  • Promote capabilities to sell additional services to the customer and grow their account.
  • Develop and manage business relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Assist the sales team in presenting services to potential customers.
  • Support the start-up of new accounts by creating and implementing business plans.
  • Conduct regular account performance reviews to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Serve as the liaison between the customer and Schneider teams.

Skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in transportation, logistics or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Able to travel to customer locations.
