Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in office


Insightful Talent is helping a client in their search for a TA Manager to join their team! This role will focus on leading a small team of recruiters, sourcing talent, partnering with key stakeholders, and driving best-in-class recruitment processes. The role offers the opportunity to work in a global team that partners closely with hiring managers in the attraction, shortlisting and interviewing of applicants for specific positions and offers a high level of visibility within the North American businesses.


What youโ€™ll be doing:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, understanding their talent needs and aligning recruitment strategies with business objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across HR, hiring managers, and business leaders to drive talent acquisition excellence.
  • Provide data-driven insights and market trends to inform hiring decisions.
  • In conjunction with hiring managers, draft fit for purpose and engaging recruitment adverts that strongly reflect the Employer Brand.
  • Mentor, and develop a high-performing talent acquisition team, ensuring strong execution of recruitment strategies.
  • Foster a collaborative, results-driven, and inclusive team culture.
  • Provide guidance on direct (high volume) and indirect hiring and sourcing strategies to team members.
  • Develop proactive talent pipelines and market intelligence for critical senior roles.
  • Source candidates directly through a variety of methods, including Head-hunting, LinkedIn Recruiter, online job boards, recruitment agencies, universities, networking, referrals etc. to significantly reduce cost to hire.


What you need to bring:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition leadership, ideally within a multinational, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Experience leading and developing a high-performing recruitment team.
  • Exceptional senior stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner at a senior level.
  • Deep understanding of best-in-class recruitment practices, market trends, and employer branding strategies.
  • Experience of designing and conducting competency-based interviews and other selection methods.
