About the Role
Are you a dynamic, results-driven recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-focused environment? We're looking for a Talent Attraction Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting efforts while helping drive strategic talent acquisition and organizational growth.
In this role, you'll act as a key partner to hiring managers and business leaders, aligning on workforce needs and delivering high-quality candidates across salaried, professional, technical, and leadership roles. From sourcing and screening to managing the candidate experience and ensuring compliance, you'll play a critical role in building a strong talent pipeline and promoting the company's employment brand.
How You Will Make an Impact
  • Manage end-to-end recruiting processes for salaried, professional, technical, and leadership positions
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, hiring strategies, and timelines
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure a seamless hiring process
  • Facilitate pre-employment processes, including background screening and onboarding steps
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs
  • Promote the company's employment brand across all recruitment channels

The Essentials
