We currently have an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Partner (Onsite) at our Manufacturing Plant in Appleton, WI.

Help Build the Workforce That Keeps America Running

At Reynolds Consumer Products, our manufacturing teams produce the products millions of consumers rely on every day. Behind every production line, every shipment, and every innovation is great talent.  We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to serve as the dedicated recruiting partner for one of our manufacturing facilities. As part of our Corporate Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence, you'll work onsite alongside plant leadership and Human Resources to attract, assess, and hire the hourly workforce that powers our operation.

This is more than posting jobs and scheduling interviews.  You'll serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, develop creative sourcing strategies, engage with local talent communities, and help ensure we hire the right people to support safety, productivity, and operational success.  If you enjoy building relationships, connecting people with opportunities, and seeing the direct impact of your work, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with Plant Leadership - Work closely with supervisors, managers, HR, and business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies that support plant operations.
  • Lead Full-Cycle Recruiting - Manage the recruiting process from requisition through offer acceptance for hourly manufacturing, warehouse, maintenance, skilled trades, and frontline leadership roles.
  • Build Talent Pipelines - Develop proactive sourcing strategies using community partnerships, referrals, job boards, social media, hiring events, workforce development programs, local organizations, and direct outreach.
  • Create Exceptional Candidate Experiences - Serve as a brand ambassador for Reynolds, providing candidates with a positive, responsive, and professional experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Drive Hiring Results - Help managers move efficiently through the selection process, provide candidate insights, and maintain momentum to achieve hiring goals.
  • Support Compliance and Process Excellence - Ensure recruiting activities comply with EEO, OFCCP, and other applicable employment regulations while maintaining accurate records and documentation within our Applicant Tracking System.

Why This Role Is Different

  • Embedded directly within plant operations
  • Part of a larger Corporate Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence
  • Opportunity to influence hiring outcomes that directly impact production and business results
  • Highly visible role with strong partnerships across plant leadership and HR
  • Ability to engage directly with local talent markets and community organizations
  • Mix of strategic partnership and hands-on recruiting execution

Education/Experience

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years of recruiting experience in corporate, agency, RPO, manufacturing, industrial, staffing, or related environments
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruiting activities
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
  • Experience building relationships with hiring managers and business stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of employment laws, EEO, OFCCP, and hiring compliance requirements
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems

Preferred

  • Manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, distribution, logistics, or skilled trades recruiting experience
  • Experience with iCIMS applicant tracking
  • Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments
  • Familiarity with local labor market dynamics and workforce development programs
  • Experience organizing hiring events, community outreach, or recruitment marketing campaigns
  • Ability to leverage recruiting metrics and market insights to drive hiring results

You'll Thrive Here If You...

  • Enjoy being out in the business rather than sitting behind a desk
  • Build trust quickly with hiring managers and candidates
  • Take ownership and create urgency around hiring needs
  • Love solving recruiting challenges
  • Are energized by meeting people and building community connections
  • Thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Believe great people make great businesses
