At Kalahari Resorts & Conventions, we don't just create vacations-we craft unforgettable experiences. Home to America's Largest Indoor Waterparks, our African-inspired resorts offer world-class dining, luxurious spas, thrilling entertainment, and cutting-edge convention centers that redefine hospitality.
But we're more than a resort. As a family-owned company, our Promise is simple: Lead with Love. This means caring deeply for our guests, associates, and communities-treating people like family, giving back generously, and creating spaces where everyone feels valued.
Through our partnership with charity: water, we're also committed to bringing clean water to one million people in Africa.
Talent Acquisition Coordinator
We invite you to apply for our open Talent Acquisition Coordinator role. Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a person early in their hospitality career to join our growing corporate talent acquisition team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to join a busy corporate recruitment team, managing exempt roles and early talent relationships.
In this role, you'll support a variety of high-impact, exempt-level hiring initiatives assigned by the Corporate Director of Recruitment. You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers, local HR teams, and our Corporate Recruitment team to manage candidate pipelines, coordinate hiring efforts, and help deliver an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish.
This position provides a flexible work environment, with the possibility of remote arrangements and a preference for proximity to either a Kalahari property in Pennsylvania or Wisconsin.
Salary: $55,000-$65,000
As part of our team, you'll embody our Promise to Lead with Love by building meaningful relationships with candidates, interns, hiring managers, and property teams through empathy, respect, and genuine care, while creating an exceptional experience through responsive, approachable, and supportive communication.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage ATS records, postings, and review applicants - pushing through applicants whose background meets what Kalahari's seeking - to other recruiters
  • Serve as lead recruiter on assigned lower-level projects, supporting exempt-level hiring across departments and locations
  • Conduct some discovery calls, candidate screenings, and stakeholder check-ins to move searches forward
  • Ensure exceptional communication and service for hiring leaders
  • Recommend process improvements and contribute to a relationship-based recruitment culture
  • Serve as the primary recruiter and liaison for Kalahari's College Intern Program, partnering with interns and resort teams to support a seamless experience from recruitment through placement.

What We're Looking For
  • A bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience within the hospitality industry (restaurant, hotel, resort, events)
  • Ability to keep information confidential
  • Comfort using Microsoft Teams or aptitude to learn
  • Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, especially when partnering with senior leaders and property-level directors, both written and oral
  • Experience with ATS platforms preferred
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and follow-through

A Sampling of Our Benefits
Our team enjoys a comprehensive benefits package, including:
  • Career growth opportunities with promotion from within
  • 401(k) matching, paid time off, and holiday compensation
