As an Account Executive, you are the primary liaison between our clinical team and our facility partners. You will:
- Nurture & Retain: Support existing client accounts by coordinating high-level meetings and tracking facility needs.
- Act as a Strategic Liaison: Bridge the gap between customer feedback and our internal leadership teams to ensure seamless service.
- Optimize Performance: Use CRM tools and data to identify opportunities for service improvement and client satisfaction.
- Presence in the Field: Spend time in the Wausau community, becoming a trusted resource for LTC and SNF administrators.
- Experience: Proven success in an Account Executive or Account Management role (Healthcare, LTC, or SNF experience is a major plus).
- Communication: Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills; you are comfortable speaking with everyone from facility staff to C-suite executives.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Excel.
- Organization: A self-starter who can manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously without losing the personal touch.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
