Monday 10a-8p
Tuesday 9a-7p
Wednesday 10a-8p

Responsibilities
What You'll Do
  • Lead 3-4 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum.
  • Facilitate group discussions using a "plug and play" approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework.
  • Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches.
  • Monitor member progress and document outcomes.
  • Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment for members.
  • Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups' mission.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in the mental/behavioral health discipline required.
  • Active or currently under supervision to obtain the following credentials: LCSW/LMSW, LADAC I/II, LPC-MHSP/LPC, LMFT/MFT & also acceptable with experience leading therapeutic groups & supporting documentation.
  • Experience leading Group Therapy.
  • High comfort level with Technology: EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), mobile apps, etc.
  • Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and an investment in member success.
  • Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed.
  • Other preferred backgrounds, experience, and skills include: mental health, social work, substance use disorder treatment, therapy, human services, social services, medication assisted treatment or MAT.
