• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of client needs, developing individualized treatment plans that utilize solution-focused interventions.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to the unique circumstances of each client, ensuring engagement and continuity of care.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team—including psychologists, psychiatrists, and recovery coaches—to design and implement cohesive treatment strategies.
• Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance clinical skills and uphold a high standard of care.
• Provide education and support to clients and their families, fostering an understanding of mental health issues and recovery processes.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying informed of current research and innovative practices in social work and mental health.

This role focuses on a diverse patient population, including individuals dealing with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health challenges. Our clients come from varied backgrounds, presenting unique needs that require sensitivity and adaptability in treatment approaches. You will be a pivotal support for clients seeking recovery, helping them navigate their circumstances with compassion and professional integrity.

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution recognized by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE).
• Valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Tennessee.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience in psychotherapy, showcasing a solid foundation in social work practice.
• Expertise in solution-focused and evidence-based psychotherapy interventions, with a track record of effective patient outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, solving problems collaboratively within a team environment.

• Experience working in detox or addiction treatment settings is preferred but not required.
