This position is fully remote, allowing therapists to work from the comfort of their own homes. Our telehealth model not only adapts to the current healthcare landscape but also enables therapists to reach clients from various backgrounds and locations. You’ll have the freedom to select your working hours, typically Monday through Friday, accommodating your personal schedule and enhancing your productivity.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and personal needs.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on each client’s individual goals and psychological requirements.
• Provide individual therapy sessions for adult clients using evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
• Utilize teletherapy technology to deliver accessible and effective virtual therapy sessions, ensuring a seamless client experience.
• Offer immediate crisis intervention services when necessary, demonstrating a proactive approach to mental health emergencies.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated with the latest best practices and to continuously enhance therapeutic techniques.

Our diverse client population comprises adults facing a wide array of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma-related disorders. • Current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Possession of a bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, with a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive therapeutic relationship with clients.
• Strong organizational abilities and effective time management skills to handle a diverse caseload efficiently.

• Experience in a telehealth setting is beneficial but not mandatory; however, familiarity with remote therapy platforms will be advantageous.
• Understanding of various therapeutic modalities and an ability to integrate multiple approaches in treatment plans are preferred.

• Competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
