• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to form personalized treatment plans for clients dealing with various mental health issues.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions across different settings for individuals, couples, families, and groups.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting techniques to meet the evolving needs of clients.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with a multidisciplinary team, engaging psychiatrists and psychologists to deliver holistic care and referrals as required.
• Document and maintain accurate clinical records, ensuring adherence to ethical standards, legal requirements, and organizational policies.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, training, and remaining current with research in the mental health field.

This role focuses on a diverse client population, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and relational issues. You will provide counseling services to clients from various backgrounds, emphasizing respect and individualization in treatment approaches.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Georgia.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in providing counseling services, demonstrating competency in therapeutic practices.
• Strong knowledge of ethical guidelines and legal regulations governing counseling practice.
• Exceptional communication skills to establish rapport with clients and work collaboratively with other healthcare providers.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems for effective documentation and case management.

• Experience specializing in trauma-informed care, substance use counseling, or family dynamics is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated success in managing a caseload efficiently while delivering high-quality client care.

• The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, based on experience, caseload, and client outcomes.
