Title: Bachelor Level Counselor - Cypress Center 

Location: Manchester, NH 03101

Job Type: Full Time, Night shift with every other weekend required- 40 hours per week 

*5k Sign on bonus for all clinical positions*

Requirements

Job Description:

Seeking energetic, team-oriented counselor for meaningful work with people admitted to our inpatient state designated receiving facility. We provide short-term crisis stabilization and brief 1:1/group counseling in a milieu setting. This is a full-time night shift position with every other weekend required 


Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 counseling in a milieu environment, treatment planning, crisis intervention, skilled group work, family meetings, connecting patients to community resources, and working with internal and external referral sources on admissions and discharge planning.


Experience:

  • At least one full year working in the mental health field is required.
  • Preference is given to previous experience working in crisis units/environments.

Education: A bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field is required.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Commitment to teamwork
  • Self-Starter, Independent
  • Time management and organizational skills are a must.
  • Excellent communication ability with co-workers, staff, clients, and community partners.
