Who We Are

Club Pilates is a leading boutique fitness studio offering group reformer Pilates classes for all ages and fitness levels. We are passionate about helping people feel stronger, more confident, and more connected through a supportive, high-energy environment. We believe a great studio experience comes from more than strong operations and sales -- it comes from consistency, hospitality, and a team that makes people feel welcome from the moment they walk in.

This position reports directly to the Regional Manager and is part of the Management Team supporting our group of four studios. The Studio Manager supervises the studio’s Sales Associates / front desk team, works closely with the Lead Instructor, and partners with the other Tallahassee Studio Manager to support strong execution and consistency across both studios.

Manage and develop the Sales Associates / front desk team
Build partnerships, events, and grassroots marketing efforts to grow the studio
Take ownership of leads, outreach, and follow-up
Support revenue growth across memberships, retail, private training, and studio events
Help drive retention through consistent follow-up, relationship-building, and a strong member experience
Develop relationships with local businesses and community partners to create visibility, collaboration, and referrals

Deliver an Exceptional Member Experience

Create a welcoming, high-energy environment for members and prospects
Build strong relationships to increase retention and satisfaction
Handle member needs including upgrades, freezes, and inquiries with professionalism
Help set the tone for a studio experience that feels polished, personal, and consistent

Lead & Develop Your Team

Train, coach, and motivate Sales Associates to perform at a high level
Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture
Step in when needed and lead by example at all times
Work closely with the Lead Instructor on workshops, events, social media, and other member-facing initiatives
Partner effectively with the other Tallahassee Studio Manager and broader leadership team to support alignment across studios

Own Studio Operations

Keep the studio running smoothly, clean, and organized
Manage inventory, schedules, and day-to-day operations
Proactively address challenges before they become problems
Take ownership of the studio environment, helping ensure the space is clean, stocked, maintained, and ready for members each day
Follow company policies and procedures related to spending, people matters, incident reporting, and compliance
Recognize what can be handled directly at the studio level and what needs to be escalated or coordinated with outside vendors or leadership

Who You Are

Sales-driven and goal-oriented -- you love achieving results
A people person who builds relationships naturally
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Proactive -- you don’t wait, you take initiative
A strong leader who leads by example and holds others accountable
Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Passionate about fitness, wellness, and helping others
Someone who brings good judgment, follow-through, and attention to detail to the role
A community builder who enjoys making connections both inside the studio and out in the broader Tallahassee community
