OYA is seeking an Electronic Health Record (EHR) Analyst to help advance the health and well-being of youth in OYA close custody facilities through innovative, secure, and efficient healthcare technology solutions. As part of the Health Services team, this role supports a mission-driven program dedicated to providing comprehensive medical, psychiatric, psychological, dental, and nursing care that helps youth build healthier futures. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals and administrators, the Electronic Health Record Analyst plays a vital role in advancing high-quality, secure, and efficient healthcare services that support rehabilitation and positive outcomes for youth in custody.

In this role, the Electronic Health Record Analyst develops and implements operational and security policies and procedures that support effective integration of electronic health records into daily clinical workflows. The position ensures clinics use Electronic Health Record systems appropriately, consistently, and securely while promoting best practices and supporting health services quality improvement initiatives.

The Electronic Health Record Analyst also provides direct technical support and consultative guidance to clinical operations and patient care teams to encourage successful adoption and optimal use of electronic health records and related clinical applications. This position partners closely with Health Services managers and staff to improve system performance, standardize workflows, resolve system-related issues, and strengthen the overall delivery of healthcare services across OYA clinics.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, Finance, Political Science or any degree demonstrating the capacity for the knowledge and skills; and four years professional-level evaluative, analytical and planning work.
    OR;

  • Any combination of experience and education equivalent to seven years of experience that typically supports the knowledge and skills for the classification.

Special Qualifications:

  • Driving is an essential function of this position. A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record are required for this position. We will conduct pre-employment driving records checks on our final candidate(s).
