  • Top Pay: hourly wage of $30 - $40/hr based on your expertise, Overtime availability
  • Advanced Tools & Training: Access to the latest diagnostic tools, manufacturer software, company service truck, and training on new technology.
  • Tools Provided: Must provide and maintain personal tools. Tool replacement program offered.
  • Benefits: 401k retirement plan, Pension plan, comprehensive healthcare coverage (Medical, Dental, Vision, Flexible Spending Account/Health Savings Account), supplemental insurance options, and Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance.
  • Paid Time Off: 40 hours after 90 days of employment, 80 hours after 1 year of service. 9 paid holidays per year (after 90 day waiting period)
Requirements:

What you’ll do:

As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy equipment at both customer job sites and branch locations. This role requires strong mechanical skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work independently while delivering excellent customer service.


What You'll Bring:

  • Strong mechanical aptitude with proven experience in heavy equipment repair.
  • Expertise in diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and powertrain components.
  • Ability to read and interpret hydraulic and electrical schematics.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a DOT physical.
  • Strong troubleshooting and professional communication skills.
