Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, welcoming receptionist to join our team!

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients, caregivers, visitors, and healthcare professionals. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing front office operations, handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and supporting the administrative functions of the agency. The ideal candidate is professional, compassionate, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting environment

Greet clients, caregivers and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.

Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.

Maintain accurate client and caregiver records while ensuring confidentiality.

Assist with caregiver scheduling and communicate schedule updates.

Receive, sort, and distribute mail, deliveries, and office correspondence.

Respond to general inquiries regarding agency services.

Prepare, scan, file, and organize documents electronically and in paper format.

Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed.

Support compliance by maintaining organized personnel and client files.

Coordinate communication between office staff, caregivers, clients, and management.

Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred

Excellent communication skills
