We are looking for a reliable consistent front office receptionist Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm with a highly motivated and leading personality. On a daily basis, your responsibilities will entail answering the phone, responding to email correspondence, fielding phone calls from technicians, daily cleaning, and transcribing hand written invoices. Sound Truck is a 24/7 365 days a year mobile and in-shop mechanic service serving all of Washington.


Requirements and skills


Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role

Hands-on experience with office equipment

Responsibilities

Greet customers as soon as they walk in

Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls

Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email

Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries

Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing invoices

Inventory stock and help maintain stock levels

Perform general cleaning duties and other duties as assigned
