Our appointments are primarily scheduled during weekday business hours, typically from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with some flexibility required for evening or weekend meetings to accommodate client needs. • Conduct thorough clinical assessments to accurately diagnose clients’ mental health needs.
• Design and implement comprehensive, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual client objectives.
• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based approaches.
• Facilitate collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, involving psychiatrists, social workers, and other professionals for holistic client care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to legal and ethical standards while ensuring all communications are secure.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision and case discussions to enhance professional competence and ensure high standards of care.

Our client base is diverse, encompassing individuals with various mental health concerns, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, PTSD, and addiction issues. The ideal LMHC will be adept at building rapport with clients from different backgrounds and demographics, utilizing an approach that emphasizes empathy and cultural competence. Your role is vital in helping clients develop coping strategies, fostering resilience, and promoting recovery.

• Current license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington State.
• A Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated experience providing individual and group therapy services within a mental health context, with an emphasis on evidence-based practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients effectively.
• Commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality in all client interactions.

• Experience working with a variety of mental health disorders, particularly in an outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage client documentation efficiently.
• Background in trauma-informed care or specialized training in specific therapeutic techniques is a plus.
