Receptionist/Data Entry Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our busy CPA firm as a Full-Time Temporary Receptionist/Data Entry Clerk. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a professional accounting environment.

Start Date: October 12, 2026

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally
  • Perform scanning and data entry tasks with high accuracy
  • Maintain and update databases and filing systems
  • Assist with general office duties as needed
  • Assist with coordination of building maintenance

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications:
