  • Position Summary
    • The position manages the main reception area. Primary tasks include but are not limited to answering the phone, routing the calls properly, taking clear messages, screening and greeting visitors. Provides excellent customer service on the phone and in person. Receives and distributes mail and deliveries accordingly. Assists with accounts payable functions and assists vendors as needed. Works closely with all of the department programs to provide assistance when needed.

    • Manages the main reception area in a clean and presentable manner.
