Administrative Assistant / Receptionist
Be the Face of Our Office
Are you a highly organized professional who enjoys creating a welcoming experience for guests while keeping office operations running efficiently? We're looking for an Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees.
In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting daily business operations by managing front desk responsibilities, coordinating schedules and meetings, assisting with administrative projects, and ensuring our office environment remains professional, organized, and productive.

What You'll Do
Front Desk & Office Operations
  • Greet visitors, clients, and team members with a professional and welcoming attitude.
  • Maintain a polished reception area and main office entrance.
  • Receive and distribute deliveries, packages, and incoming mail.
  • Ensure office amenities, including beverage stations, are stocked and functioning properly.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, provide information, and route messages appropriately.

Administrative Support
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, spreadsheets, proposals, and other business documents.
  • Provide copying, scanning, mailing, and document management support.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and departmental records.
  • Assist with data entry and document preparation while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Calendar & Meeting Coordination
  • Manage calendars, appointments, conference calls, and meeting schedules.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, including room reservations, attendee communication, catering, and materials preparation.
  • Support staff and departments by ensuring events and meetings run smoothly from start to finish.

Travel & Project Support
  • Arrange travel accommodations, including flights, hotels, rental cars, and detailed itineraries.
  • Assist with expense reporting and monthly reporting requirements.
  • Support department projects and collaborate with team members to meet business objectives.
  • Provide office supply management, invoice processing, and vendor coordination.
  • Assist smaller offices throughout the Southeast region with supply ordering needs.

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2-4 years of experience in an administrative assistant, receptionist, office coordinator, or similar role.

Pay and Benefits
