Job Title

Program Support Assistant (OA)

Job Description

Major duties include but are not limited to:

  • Reviews employee workload data reports to ensure proper reporting and recording procedures.
  • Compiles and prepares program productivity reports; consolidates daily reports into monthly and quarterly summaries.
  • Analyzes individual and consolidated workload data and prepares instructions to implement needed changes; reports trends to supervisor.
  • Produces a variety of documents using work processing software and transmits/receives information electronically.
  • Designs and prepares charts and graphs for presentations based on workload data.
  • Maintains time and attendance for staff and enters data into electronic timekeeping systems for supervisory review.
  • Provides reception support by screening and routing telephone calls and receiving clients and visitors.
  • Performs general filing (manual and electronic) using alphabetical, numerical, or chronological systems.
  • Maintains financial accounting for program, including monitoring petty cash, consolidating expenditures, and assisting with budget preparation.
  • Prepares outgoing correspondence in appropriate formats and operates/maintains office equipment.
  • Prepares contract/fee program eligibility, treatment authorization, billing, and financial report accuracy.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Work Schedule: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday. Work schedule subject to change based on needs of the agency.
