WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING AS OUR WAREHOUSE RECEIVING OPERATIONS MANAGER:

As the Warehouse Receiving Operations Manager, you'll guide the pulse of the facility, overseeing the flow of materials from the moment they arrive until they're efficiently stored and ready for production. Each day, you'll manage staffing levels, assign work, evaluate performance, and coach your team to meet operational goals. You'll ensure inbound materials are unloaded on time, optimize space through smart storage consolidation, maintain quality standards, complete essential HR tasks, and foster a positive, productive environment. From hiring and training to problemsolving and leadership development, you'll be the driving force behind smooth operations, efficient product flow, and a highperforming receiving department.


What You'll Need:

  • Associate Degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of leadership & receiving experience in a highvolume hubStrong communication with vendors, logistics teams, coworkers, and management
  • Comfortable with regular use of email/phone; strong hearing/vision to process documents & discussions
  • Ability to stand/move 50% of the time, plus sit for computer work as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs regularly and push/pull up to 150 lbs
  • Excellent manual dexterity and comfort with office equipment
  • Strong math, organizational, computer, and system skills
  • Experience with shipping/receiving/inventory software preferred
  • Selfstarter mentality with minimal supervision needed

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE FOR OUR WAREHOUSE RECEIVING OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR:

  • Pay: $70,000-$90,000
  • Schedule: Full-Time
