Our client operates a GMP-compliant warehouse facility that supports receiving, inventory management, distribution, and order fulfillment operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy, safety, and teamwork.
As a Warehouse Receiving & Operations Associate, you'll be responsible for receiving inbound shipments, processing inventory transactions, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring inventory accuracy.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong receiving and inventory experience who is looking for a stable position where they can utilize their warehouse skills, work independently, and contribute to a high-performing team.

Job Type: (Temp-to-Hire)
Receiving Associate Duties:
  • Receive, inspect, and verify inbound shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, and shipping documentation.
  • Process inventory transactions accurately using WMS systems, RF scanners, and warehouse software.
  • Investigate and resolve receiving discrepancies, shortages, damages, and labeling issues.
  • Perform inventory audits, cycle counts, put-away, inventory transfers, and material movement activities.
  • Support order picking, staging, packing, and labeling while safely operating reach forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
Schedule:
  • 2nd Shift
  • Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
Pay:
  • $21/hour
Warehouse Receiving & Operations Associate Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-3 years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, receiving, or inventory control experience preferred.
  • Experience using WMS systems, RF scanners, inventory software, and basic Microsoft Office applications.
  • Reach forklift experience required and ability to safely operate warehouse material handling equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail, inventory accuracy, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
