Job description

We're partnering with a well-established manufacturing and distribution company seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys developing teams, driving process improvements, and ensuring efficient, accurate distribution operations in a fast-paced environment.



What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates while fostering a positive team environment
  • Oversee daily shipping and receiving operations to ensure customer commitments are met
  • Coordinate labor, schedules, and workflow to maximize productivity and efficiency
  • Monitor inventory accuracy through audits, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies while maintaining accurate warehouse transactions
  • Partner with leadership on hiring, employee development, performance management, and team engagement
  • Maintain compliance with OSHA, 5S, and company safety standards while supporting a safe work environment

What We're Looking For


  • 4+ years of experience in a distribution environment
  • 1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control, and shipping/receiving operations
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) and HAZMAT certification (or willingness to become certified) are preferred
