Responsibilities
  • Best practice: in-office from 8:00-12 M-F and usually out of the office in the afternoons for appointments and open houses.
  • Lead Generation to prospect for seller and buyer leads.
  • Proactive Client Follow Ups
  • Schedule appointments with qualified prospects and conduct listing presentations and buyer consultations.
  • Negotiate contracts.
  • Build and manage the sales pipeline through the sales cycle through use of our Database and Lead Generation Activities
  • Memorize and Practice Scripts daily
  • Master time blocking

HI Real Estate license mandatory (not to apply)
Qualifications
Real estate experience not required; must have or be willing to obtain a Hawaii Real Estate license, at their cost.
