Job description

This position is responsible for supervising Transaction Management staff, maintaining efficient operational functions of image capture terminals (branch and merchant), return items, image recordkeeping and research, and lockbox remittance processing in accordance with Bank policies. The position is also responsible for maintaining good working relationships with the public and providing a consistent and high degree of customer service support to the branches, departments and customers.
High School Diploma or equivalent, background in customer service and/or banking experience highly desirable, in-depth knowledge of bank operational procedures, including prior experience in transaction management and ACH operations and procedures preferred, previous supervisory experience, ability to work independently with strong initiative, excellent oral and written communication skills, proficient PC skills; working knowledge of all common Office applications (i.e. Word & Excel) and internet application, team player, strong organizational skills and detail oriented with ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks, ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet deadlines.
