Job description

We’re looking for a driven transaction coordinator to manage contracts throughout the entire home-selling and buying process. You’d be responsible for overseeing transactions from start to finish to ensure offers and counteroffers are approved for a smooth and successful sale. Our ideal candidate is extremely organized and has superb customer service skills to make customers feel at ease. Compensation:

$40,000 - $45,000


Responsibilities:
  • Manage real estate transactions from contract to close with accuracy and attention to detail

  • Communicate regularly with agents, customers, lenders, title companies, and vendors to ensure a smooth transaction process

  • Monitor deadlines, contract dates, and required documentation to maintain compliance throughout the transaction

  • Review files for completeness and assist with submitting and organizing paperwork in a timely manner

  • Provide high-level support to agents and deliver excellent service that promotes customer satisfaction

  • Handle administrative tasks related to the transaction process, including data entry, file management, scheduling, and follow-up

  • Help problem-solve issues that arise during a transaction and proactively keep all parties informed

  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a service-minded attitude in all interactions

  • Assist with additional transaction-related duties and remain flexible in supporting the overall needs of the team and office


Qualifications:
  • Must have excellent organizational and communication skills

  • High school or equivalent required; some college experience preferred

  • Motivated to serve people and provide excellent customer service

  • Real estate license preferred

  • Experience in the real estate industry, transaction management or coordination, titles, and/or mortgages preferred
