Job description

About the role:

As a Real Estate Administrator, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of a diverse lease portfolio. This portfolio consists of approximately 80 lease agreements. You will ensure compliance with all lease terms, maintain accurate lease data, and report on lease performance. You will coordinate all lease-related activities across office, warehouse, and industrial properties. You will report to the Senior Manager, Facilities and Real Estate and be located at our Cranberry Township, PA headquarters location. Hybrid Work Schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all phases of lease administration from lease execution through expiration and renewal

  • Work with a 3rd party brokerage team to maintain a comprehensive critical date tracking system.

  • Track all lease-related financial obligations including base rent schedules, percentage rent calculations, operating expense reconciliations, and tenant reimbursements

  • Ensure strict adherence to all lease terms and conditions by both landlord and property management

  • Be the primary administrative contact for landlord or property management regarding lease-related requests

  • Work with 3rd party brokerage team to distribute regular management reports including lease expiration schedules, rent rolls, critical date summaries, financial obligation tracking, and portfolio performance metrics

  • Improve the 3rd party brokerage team lease management software system, ensuring data integrity, system functionality, and user adoption

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Business administration, Real Estate, Finance, Accounting degree preferred.

  • 3+ years of progressive experience in lease administration, property management, or real estate operations

  • Experience managing lease portfolios with multiple property types

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including complex formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and financial modeling

  • Knowledge of lease administration software platforms

  • Experience with document management systems and electronic file organization

  • Familiarity with accounting software and financial reporting systems
