Job Description

Cintas is seeking aCorporate Real Estate Managerto lead and manage our corporate real estate portfolio and real estate administration function. This role is responsible for overseeing lease administration, renewals, relocations, decommissioning, and dispositions while providing strategic guidance and operational leadership across the real estate lifecycle. The Corporate Real Estate Manager plays a critical leadership role-mentoring and developing Real Estate Administrators, driving process improvements, ensuring accurate systems and controls, and partnering crossfunctionally to support datadriven real estate decisions that align with business strategy. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead corporate real estate transactions including leases, renewals, relocations, acquisitions, and dispositions. 
  • Serve as the primary contact for real estate providers, legal, finance, and site leadership. 
  • Manage lease expirations, renewals, and property decommissioning activities. 
  • Ensure vacant and transitioning properties are secure, compliant, and maintained. 
  • Partner with Finance and Accounting to review real estate costs and financial impacts. 
  • Maintain accurate lease data and controls within Harbor Flex, LeaseQuery, and related systems. 
  • Provide leadership, training, and escalation support for Real Estate Administrators. 
  • Lead onboarding, coaching, and development to strengthen team capability and retention. 
  • Drive process improvements and support long-term real estate strategy through analysis and cross-functional collaboration. 
Skills/Qualifications

Required 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, or a related field; Master's degree preferred 
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience (corporate real estate, accounting, or related business function preferred) 

Preferred 

  • At least 1 year of supervisory or peopleleadership experience preferred 
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook 
  • Experience working with real estate systems and understanding automated interfaces 
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion 
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflictresolution skills 
  • Comfortable partnering with internal stakeholders and external vendors at all levels
