To thrive in a Racial Equity role, you need a deep understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) principles, experience in program development, and strong analytical and communication skills, often supported by a relevant degree such as sociology, public policy, or human resources. These skills are vital for driving organizational change, fostering equitable work environments, and ensuring effective implementation of racial equity initiatives.

What are some typical responsibilities for someone working in a Racial Equity position?

In a Racial Equity role, you'll typically assess organizational practices, design and lead DEI training sessions, analyze data to identify and address inequities, and develop strategies to advance racial equity goals.
