Lumina Mental Health | New Jersey (Community-Based)

Position Overview
Lumina Mental Health is seeking licensed and license-eligible clinicians to join our growing team as Intensive In-Community (IIC) Providers. This role involves delivering in-home and community-based therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families through New Jerseys Childrens System of Care (CSOC).
As an IIC provider, you will play a critical role in helping youth stabilize, build coping skills, and improve functioning across home, school, and community settings.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and family therapy in home and community environments
  • Complete clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates
  • Develop and implement individualized, strength-based interventions

  • Collaborate with Care Managers (CMOs), BAs, families, and other providers

  • Participate in case conferences and supervision

  • Maintain compliance with CSOC/PerformCare and agency standards

  • Support youth with challenges including behavioral, emotional, and trauma-related needs
Qualifications
  • Required: LSW, LAC, LMFT (or license-eligible)

  • Experience with community-based or in-home services preferred

  • Knowledge of CSOC/PerformCare a plus
  • Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
  • Valid drivers license & reliable transportation
