Now Hiring: Licensed Clinicians (LSW, LAC, LCSW, LPC) – Per Diem Evening & Weekend Shifts

Organization: Latino Family Connections, LLC
Location: Counties served include Atlantic, Cape May, Gloucester, Salem, Camden, Ocean, Monmouth, Union, and Hudson (New Jersey)
Position Type: Per Diem
Schedule: Evening and Weekend Hours
Service Location: In-Home and Community-Based
About Us:
All Family Connections, LLC is a dedicated provider of mentoring, tutoring, and respite services for youth with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs. We strive to offer compassionate, culturally sensitive, and individualized care to youth ages 4–21 throughout New Jersey.
Position Overview:
We are seeking passionate and experienced Licensed Clinicians (LSW, LAC, LCSW, LPC) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide in-home and community-based support during evening and weekend hours to children and youth with behavioral and emotional challenges.
Responsibilities:

  • Provide therapeutic services and behavioral interventions in the home or community
  • Implement individualized service plans and track progress
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with Medicaid and agency standards
  • Collaborate with families, care teams, and support professionals
  • Participate in case reviews and supervision (as applicable)
Requirements:

  • Active New Jersey license: LSW, LAC, LCSW, or LPC (required)
  • Experience working with youth and families (preferably ages 4–21)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within assigned counties
  • Availability for evening and weekend assignments
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
  • Familiarity with the Children’s System of Care (CSOC) or PerformCare NJ
Compensation:
