One moment you're helping a family navigate a behavioral health crisis, the next you're collaborating with schools, hospitals, DCPP, PerformCare, law enforcement, and community providers to help keep a child safely at home.

You'll gain experience in: • Crisis assessment, engagement, intervention, and care planning • Crisis Intervention Specialist certification • Working with children, adolescents, and families with diverse behavioral health needs • Community-based clinical work across Hudson County • Collaboration with schools, hospitals, PerformCare, DCPP, CMOs, IIC providers, and other Children's System of Care partners • Intensive clinical supervision, mentoring, and ongoing professional development

Who should apply: We're looking for Bachelor's and Master's level graduates in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related Human Services fields who are passionate about helping children and families. A driver’s license and the ability to work with families in their homes is required.

Knowledge of the NJ children’s system of care and Hudson County resources is helpful but not required. Previous experience working with children and families is a plus.
