Job description

Cornerstone Financial Solutions is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our team! We're looking for a qualified candidate to complete bookkeeping, accounting, and tax returns for clients in our office. The best candidates will have experience in QuickBooks (desktop and online) and have experience preparing business, individual and not-for-profit tax returns. 

Job Duties:

* Complete bookkeeping (and financial statement compilations and reviews if licensed) with minimal supervision

* Communicate directly with clients on matters relating to their financials

* Work closely with management and staff on matters relating to specific clients

* Apply for and work with clients to obtain business and tax licensure, meet with clients regarding their financial situations, meet with clients and offer direction.

* Complete business, individual, and not-for-profit tax returns according to procedure and under minimal supervision.
