Job description

Position: Professional Land Surveyor

Location: Irvine / Semi Remote

Salary:$175,000 - $200,000 DOE + excellent benefits

Our client has over 100 years of experience, specializing in land surveying and engineering nationwide. They offer civil engineering, land surveying, environmental science permitting, landscape architecture, and construction management and inspection services. They are opening up an office in Orange County, CA and need Registered Professional Land Surveyor who is experienced and comfortable with running field crews and familiar with California standards. You must be comfortable being in the office as needed.

Requirements

  • A valid Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license is required, in CA.
  • Experience running field crews and drafters.
  • Very familiar with CA standards
  • Field and office experience in land surveying is essential, and attention to detail is a must.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration and the ability to take direction and grow with the company.
  • Experience using AutoCAD and/or Carlson Survey is required, and proficiency with Quickbase to log job statuses is a plus.
