Job description

Hiring an Environmental, Health, & Safety Technician for a start up Drone Company in Hayward, CA!

Description:

  • Ensure ongoing compliance with OSHA 1910, EPA, RCRA, NFPA, NIOSH, ANSI, ISO 14001/45001/AS9100, and other relevant standards.
  • Maintain and update all required documentation, logs, reports, permits, and compliance records.
  • Oversee OSHA recordkeeping, health surveillance, exposure monitoring, training programs(including leading New Hire Orientation for Night shift on EHS), emergency response, and safety audits.
  • Manage EHS records, incident reporting, corrective actions, and monthly metrics through VelocityEHS.
  • Track EHS-related calibrated equipment, preventive maintenance activities, and calibration compliance through Quickbase.
  • Support facilities preventive maintenance tracking and EHS equipment readiness through Quickbase.
  • Manage EHS vendors, service providers, maintenance schedules, vendor documentation, and service visibility calendars through Notion.
  • Work in conjunction with Facilities Specialists to support facility operations, maintenance coordination, vendor management, workplace safety, and regulatory readiness activities.
  • Support facility inspections, corrective actions, operational readiness, and EHS compliance initiatives across manufacturing and office environments.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $42.00/hr.
