About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Quality Manager to lead our Quality Department and ensure our products consistently meet the highest standards of quality, integrity, and performance. In this key leadership role, you will oversee all quality systems, champion continuous improvement, and serve as the primary representative for audits, customer interactions, and corporate quality initiatives.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and develop the Quality Department, including Lab and QC teams.
  • Implement and maintain QA/QC policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Serve as the facility's management representative for quality systems.
  • Lead ISO audits and customer audits, ensuring full compliance.
  • Evaluate production operations to ensure products meet all specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement testing standards, evaluation processes, and quality metrics.
  • Drive communication between production teams, leadership, and customers.
  • Report quality performance to executive leadership and regulatory agencies as needed.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.
  • Collaborate with global quality teams to align with corporate objectives.
  • Own and manage key quality systems, including:
    • Customer complaints and customer quality requests
    • Document control
    • Quality risk management
    • Change control and validation
    • Corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
    • Management reviews
    • Supplier quality and raw material investigations
    • Laboratory and QC testing
    • Statistical analysis and reporting
      What You Bring
    • Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial sciences, or a related field (Master's or CQM preferred).
    • 5-10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in senior quality engineering or team leadership.
    • 3-5 years of experience in Nonwovens, Hygienic, Medical Device, or Food manufacturing.
    • Experience working with global organizations is a strong advantage.
    • Prior experience as a Quality Manager is preferred.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Deep understanding of quality standards, methodologies, and manufacturing processes.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software tools.
