Job description

The Quality Manager leads the Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Quality Inspection functions to ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and company requirements. This role is responsible for the effectiveness of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, supplier quality, customer quality, quality compliance, continuous improvement, and overall quality performance across CableMaster's distribution, build-to-print manufacturing, and custom cable assembly operations. The Quality Manager partners with Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Sales, and Operations to drive defect prevention, process effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
