What You'll Do:

  • Lead the plant Quality Management System and ensure compliance with customer and industry standards.
  • Drive continous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and cost reduction.
  • Manage customer, supplier, and internal quality concerns through effective problem solving and corrective actions.
  • Lead quality planning activities, including APQP and new product launches.
  • Oversee supplier quality performance and audit activities.
  • Develop and lead the quality team while fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement .
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve plant and customer quality objectives.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
  • 5+ years of manufacturing quality experience, including leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 and/or ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
  • Experience with APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA, 8D, 5 Why, and Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Proven success leading root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continous improvement projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Shinin certification.
  • Experience in automotive manufacturing.
  • Experience with metal forming, cold forming, machining, or similiar manufacturing processes.
  • Knowledge of ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems.
