Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Excel, statistical analysis software, and quality management systems (QMS) is beneficial. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication help interns contribute meaningfully to quality initiatives. These skills are crucial for accurately identifying issues, supporting continuous improvement, and ensuring product or service standards are met.
