Quality Control Music is seeking committed, inquisitive and dedicated individuals to join our team as a paid Marketing intern! 

POSITION SUMMARY: The QC Internship program is purposed to provide individuals with the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience working in a fast-paced environment within the entertainment industry. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

This role's focus is in supporting the social media management team and is open to individuals interested in any of the following: Music, Arts, Marketing, or Business

  • Assist with managing artist marketing timelines and release calendars.
  • Help coordinate digital marketing campaigns across DSPs, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, and emerging platforms.
  • Create and maintain marketing documents, campaign decks, and release trackers.
  • Research current music trends, viral content
  • Assist with rollout planning, content calendars, and promotional strategies.
  • Help organize assets including artwork, videos, social content, and promotional materials.
  • Attend marketing meetings and take detailed notes with actionable follow-ups.
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks for the CMO and marketing department as needed.

Requirements

  • Ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Have good communications skills
  • Have professional appearance and behavior
  • Be a make-it-happen type of person
  • Be available at least 20 hours per week Monday - Friday
  • Have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Have a laptop or tablet
  • Able to lift at least 30lbs unassisted
