Job Title: QC Analyst – Master Data (LIMS)
Location: Lebanon, IN (100% Onsite)

Duration: 12–18 Months
Start Date: 4/13 or 4/20

Role Overview:
Support QC data management, sample/result tracking, and development of Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) templates. Ensure smooth LIMS operations, data integrity, and lab documentation compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage QC data, sampling plans, and result tracking
  • Create and maintain ELN templates and master data
  • Support LIMS functionality and data verification
  • Maintain lab documentation and improve QA processes
  • Develop/revise worksheets and system documentation

Required Skills:

  • 8–10 years in Pharma/GMP environment
  • QC lab experience with LIMS/ELN (data admin or power user)
  • Strong understanding of data integrity (ALCOA+)
  • Experience with COAs, stability reports, SOPs
  • Good technical writing and communication skills

Preferred:

  • Experience in ATMP/Gene Therapy
  • Process improvement experience
  • Knowledge of ERP, MES, MODA, and LIMS interfaces
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
