What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 2+ yearsof direct clinical experience working with individuals facing mental health or substance use challenges
  • Group therapy experienceacross a variety of treatment modalities
  • A Bachelor's degreein a human services field (preferred)
  • A genuine passionfor community-based mental health and advocacy
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • A commitmentto compassionate, client-centered care
