We're seeking enthusiastic full-time and part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our dynamic team! Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging one-on-one therapy sessions to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

  • Implement personalized programs to teach critical language, social, motor, play, and daily living skills.

  • Cultivate a positive, interactive, and structured learning environment.

  • Develop meaningful connections with clients and their families.

  • Accurately document client progress and collect data.

  • Work closely with Speech and Occupational Therapy teams to provide holistic support.

  • Ensure continuous RBT Certification and QBS Safety-Care Training.
