Gwinnett Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Automotive Office Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Works with all departments to analyze financial records to ensure accuracy, taxes are properly paid, product and income properly documented, all paperwork completed correctly.
  • Reconcile Floorplan, factory payables/receivables, bank accounts, finance reserves
  • Tag & Title knowledge
  • Provide additional management assistance to other departments as necessary.
  • Reports directly to the Controller 
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to supervise accounting personnel, receptionists.

Requirements:

  • Must have proven Accounting Background as an Office Manager (Automotive Experience Helpful)
  • Strong ability to run Accounting Office
  • Multiple DMS applications experience a plus
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills

Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of previous Accounting Office Management experience required
  • Previous automotive dealership experience Preferred
  • Strong communication, customer service, leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent analytical ability
  • Minimum High school diploma is required
