This internship provides hands-on experience in purchasing, supplier coordination, inventory support, and procurement administration within a highly regulated MRO environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation, processing, and tracking of purchase orders
  • Support purchasing personnel with supplier communications regarding order status, pricing, and delivery schedules
  • Track shipments and assist in monitoring delivery performance
  • Help verify purchasing data and ensure documentation accuracy
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining files and records in accordance with company requirements
