Site Administrator Location: Suffolk, Virginia Compensation: $22 - $27 per hour Position Summary We are an expanding company operating service yards nationwide, and we are seeking an organized Site Administrator to support our equipment storage and service facility. This role serves as the central communication point between site personnel, customers, transportation providers, and management. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary administrative contact for operations and customer communications.
  • Maintain accurate records for equipment inventory, arrivals, departures, and inspections.
  • Coordinate information and updates among customers, transportation providers, and management.
  • Process all shipping, receiving, delivery, and transportation documentation.
  • Generate routine reports, maintain electronic files, and assist with purchase order or invoice documentation. Required Qualifications
