Summary:
Under the direction of the Sales VP, the Sales Professional will develop strategic plans and forecasts for accounts, communicate effectively internally and externally, resolving customer issues proactively, grow and maintain sales territory, identify new sales opportunities, understand customer visions and supply chain objectives to provide proactive solutions, build relationships with decision makers, exceed sales goals and provide routine cost savings reports.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll have the opportunity to work across nearly every market imaginable - including food & beverage, paint & coatings, oil/gas, chemical processing, pharmaceuticals, water & wastewater, agriculture, and more.
In this role, you'll build strong customer relationships, uncover opportunities, and provide pumping solutions that keep our clients' operations running smoothly. Backed by industry-leading products and technical expertise, you'll have the tools you need to succeed.

Job Description:
Be the tip of the spear in the sales organization
  • Create and close sales leads
    • Grow current customer sales numbers
    • Create new prospect customers
  • Create technical and engineered solutions for customers
    • Provide pumping solutions

Duties and responsibilities:
At Desk
  • 50+ outbound appointment setting calls a day when working from home
  • Answering customer phone calls and technical questions
  • Providing customer quotes and solutions
  • Create and close sales leads

In the Field
  • 15 real sales call meetings with customers per week
  • Real time, real person, real reason
    • Product demonstrations
    • Solving customer problems
    • Learning customer needs
    • Educating on company capabilities
    • Solving problems customer does not know they have

Skills and Specifications:
  • Sales experience required
  • Mechanical knowledge preferred
  • Customer service, people skills and outbound personality
  • Ambition and the ability to learn quickly
  • Effective time management, organization, multi-tasking skills
