What to expect
As a Heat Pump Sales Engineer, you'll guide homeowners to select the right heat pump systems tailored to their unique needs, prioritizing customer satisfaction over sales targets.
You'll develop a strong foundation in heat pump technology, ductwork, and general construction, while consistently delivering exceptional service across phone, email, and in-home consultations. • Lead the full sales cycle: client outreach, needs assessment, proposal development, closing deals, and providing after-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct detailed system assessments, estimating appropriate equipment based on heating and cooling loads, electrical panel compatibility, spatial constraints, and installation finishes.
  • Prepare and present accurate, high-quality proposals, addressing custom requirements and complex scenarios.
  • Support strategic initiatives such as market analysis, policy advocacy, and go-to-market planning focused on heat pump and home energy technologies.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or technical advisory roles within the HVAC, building services, or solar and battery energy sectors.
  • Eagerness to understand heat pump systems and their application.
  • Strong skills in customer relationship management.
  • Excellent analytical skills for evaluating potential options for homeowners.
  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of effectively articulating technical concepts to a varied audience.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet business objectives.
  • Commitment to fostering a positive work environment aligned with our core values and mission.

Benefits and Perks:
  • Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
  • A comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Professional development opportunities through workshops, courses, and conferences.
  • Participation in a dynamic and supportive team committed to positively impacting the environment and communities we serve.
