Credit Marketing & Communications - Publishing Administrator - Chicago
The Credit Marketing & Communications group is seeking a highly motivated individual to join its Credit Communications team as a Publishing Administrator in Chicago.

The Publishing Administrator will assist analysts in publishing content to the Morningstar DBRS website and third-party vendors. The successful candidate will work in the company's proprietary database and content management system, with responsibilities that include responding to analyst queries; troubleshooting common workflow issues; verifying ratings and related data; managing web content; and reporting on audience engagement.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop expertise in the company's proprietary systems and assist analysts by answering their queries and troubleshooting common workflow issues.
  • Verify rating submissions and ensure related data is accurate, in line with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Publish press releases, rating reports, commentaries, and other company documents to the Morningstar DBRS website.
  • Manage content on the Morningstar DBRS website, dedicated microsites on ESG and other topical themes; our recommended reading list; and our company publications and contact information.
  • Monitor the Publishing Coordinator inbox and manage the team's daily assignments.
  • Respond to requests in a timely manner.
  • Maintain relationships with analysts, management, and other stakeholders to ensure requests are fulfilled and deadlines are met.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with basic HTML and content management systems an asset.
  • An eye for detail.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Capacity to work independently, as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to transition between dual roles as required.
  • Availability to work 10 a.m. CST to 6 p.m. CST.
  • Availability to work on call, evening and weekends, on a rotational basis.
