We are seeking entrepreneurial-minded individuals to join our Ultra-High Net Worth (UHNW) service team in our new Nashville headquarters. UHNW Private Wealth Associates will work in client-facing roles supporting our most complex clients domestically & internationally. This role will require candidates to build upon their current skillset and provide unparalleled immersion into all aspects of the UHNW segment of the industry. This team offers an exciting and challenging opportunity to be a part of the build-out of a core strategic initiative that will frequently expose you to senior leadership, UHNW Advisors & clients from all backgrounds, such as athletes, entertainers, tech entrepreneurs and CEOs. This team seeks to provide our clients an unparalleled service level that you will be integral in delivering. Along the way, you'll be exposed to all areas of the client advice experience, including asset allocation advice, portfolio analytics, Trust & Estate Planning, Retirement Planning, insurance and executive compensation.

What You'll Do:

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Partner with Relationship Managers and Financial Advisors to provide the highest level of service and support for our UHNW client segment throughout the client lifecycle - from prospecting to onboarding to servicing
  • Be client-facing as they work alongside other members of the UHNW Associate team to deliver exceptional service through frequent interactions directly with clients, as well as their representatives and professional partners, including analyses, account maintenance and preparation ahead of meetings
  • Exposure to and networking with senior professionals throughout the firm to fuel career success and progression

What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree and two years of experience delivering an exceptional client service experience. We welcome all majors and degrees from all institutions.

We are looking for accomplished team players who seek a rigorous and challenging environment for their career development. Candidates should take a client-centric approach with strong detail-orientation and an ability to multi-task under pressure in a fast-paced atmosphere. They should also possess strong analytical and communication skills (both written and verbal) and an ability to build internal and external relationships. Proficiency in Word and Excel required.

1-2 years related wealth management or family office experience. Bernstein will sponsor required series exams, including SIE, Series 7, and Series 63, but candidates with licenses are preferred.

CFA, CFP or CPWA designation. Bernstein will sponsor for these programs and support tuition reimbursement for those pursuing relevant master's degrees.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and if possible, either Spanish, Portuguese or Mandarin.
