Job Description
Join our team as Marketing Manager and become one of the authors of our story at Goldener Hirsch, Auberge Collection. The Marketing Manager is a key role to the success of our resort as we continue to elevate our marketing. This role requires a foundational and understanding of a luxury aesthetic, with a strong focus on brand, social media management, project management and copy-writing. This role will maintain a strong entrepreneurial spirit, and is a self-starting team player that's resourceful, creative, innovative, and willing to roll up their sleeves to implement change.
This candidate will report to the Area Director of Marketing and will support the development and execution of property marketing strategy and positioning, public relations, social, digital, tastemaker, and partnerships.
Every day is different, but key responsibilities include:
Brand Marketing + Strategy
  • Support and help execute the property's integrated marketing plan in alignment with Auberge brand standards and local market strategy
  • Contribute innovative ideas that elevate brand positioning, awareness, and long-term equity
  • Ensure marketing initiatives are grounded in performance insights and aligned with business objectives

Social Media
  • Lead social media planning and execution, developing platform-specific strategies across Instagram, Facebook, and emerging channels to drive engagement, awareness, and brand equity
  • Own day-to-day social media initiatives and community management
  • Create, curate, and publish compelling content (photo, video, and copy) rooted in storytelling, brand pillars, and seasonal experiences
  • Maintain a robust content calendar inclusive of posts, stories, and reels
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and continuously optimize content strategy

Public Relations/Tastemaker
  • Manage press materials, site alert forms, calendars, and tastemaker agreements
  • Support media and influencer visits, coordinating reservations, itineraries, and logistics for media and influencer visits.

Digital / Email Marketing
  • Support digital and website marketing efforts, including online reputation management, asset and copy development for website and ads
  • Daily maintenance and updating of website
  • Manage the email marketing calendar, coordinating with the property and central teams on content planning, execution, and performance analysis

Marketing Partnerships & Events
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing in implementing and evaluating creative, on-brand partnerships and events, including brainstorming and developing collaborations with luxury brands, tastemakers, and businesses
  • Oversee event logistics, maintain critical paths and checklists, and coordinate with the on-property operations team to ensure seamless execution and communication

On Property Branding and Collateral
  • Serve as on-property branding expert - ensuring aesthetic guidelines are being met across the property
  • Design and update marketing and sales collateral, including brochures, flyers, pre-arrival materials, and miscellaneous collateral needs

Asset Management
  • Organize and update digital assets, ensuring all photo/video libraries and promotional materials are current and accessible
  • Photoshoot planning and execution
  • Maintain and update current repository of collateral: i.e Hotel Key Facts/Assets, Photo + Videos, Promotional Calendars, Key Messaging, etc

Administrative Support
  • Administrative tasks as needed, such as tracking expenses and sourcing materials
  • Create reports and monthly recaps to showcase results and activations

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of work experience in the luxury space.
  • Proven experience creating social media content, particularly on Instagram; events experience is a plus
  • Creative self-starter with a positive, proactive, and organized mindset; capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Resourceful and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills and a passion for the hospitality industry
  • Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • This is an on-property role located in Deer Valley, Utah
