Workforce Development Consultant (Mining)

North America | Remote / Near Major Airport Preferred | Up to 50% Travel

We're looking for a Workforce Development Consultant to work directly with mining operations across North America, helping customers transform training into measurable operational performance improvements.

This is a highly visible, client-facing role that combines mining operations, workforce development, performance analytics, and consulting.

What You'll Do

As a trusted advisor to mining customers, you will help identify workforce performance opportunities, implement training and improvement initiatives, analyze operational data, and ensure clients achieve measurable value from their investment in workforce development solutions.

Your work will involve:

Driving Performance Improvement
  • Partnering with mining operations to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Using simulator and operational data to support data-driven decision making
